MEET THE OWNER
Patricia Lindsay
A cosmetologist for 30 years, Patricia has built a career rooted in artistry, independence, and community.
Patricia began her cosmetology career at 18 years old and opened Textures Hair Salon on September 15, 2003. More than 20 years later, the proudly Black-owned, family-operated salon continues to serve the Kentlands community with personal care for every texture and stage of life.
Textures is a commission-based salon offering cuts, color, natural hair care, silk presses, braids and twists, loc maintenance, extensions, custom wigs, chemical services, treatments, children’s styling, and consultations. Walk-ins are welcome, and consultations are recommended for extension services and customized transformations.
About four years ago, Patricia expanded her vision by opening Salon Concept Suites. The suites give stylists a pathway from commission-based salon work to becoming independent contractors and business owners—while remaining part of the Textures salon family.
